Whether it is on my period or just an average day of bloating...I have been able to create a recipe or anti-inflammatory water. I have only ever done this when my stomach swells. So I recommend it for when you feel bloated/are swollen.
1 liter of water (in a bottle) 3 slices of (organic) oranges-chopped up into little squares 1 Cinnamon Stick (leave it in the bottle entire time) 2 teaspoons of ginger **essential** It does taste weird at first. But when it sits a while it tastes like a cold ice tea. You can make it fresh and start drinking it right away or the night before. Another recipe that I have tried once 1 liter of water 2 table spoons of ginger 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper. -It works, but I have trouble getting through one glass, no mind 1 liter. |
